With a strong foundation in finance, Pawan graduated with honours in Commerce from Delhi University as a top-performing scholar and holds dual professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). Over the past 20+ years, he has built a diverse career across telecommunications, manufacturing, and IT, working with global organizations like Tata, Infosys, Archer Daniels Midland, and BT.

A seasoned finance leader, Pawan combines deep strategic expertise with strengths in business partnering, financial planning, risk management, and audit. Beyond the numbers, he is passionate about empowering others—mentoring and coaching countless professionals to grow their careers and transform their mindsets.

Pawan has led large teams in senior leadership roles and is known for consistently delivering impact. He regularly speaks on leadership, finance, management, health, and personal growth—and is widely regarded as a strong, inspiring, and people-first leader.

Pawan has also contributed to various leadership roundtables and industry conclaves, sharing perspectives on future resilience and strategic direction. As a guest speaker, Pawan has been invited by institutions such as IIM, IIT, ACCA, JIM, schools, and NGOs to share real-world insights and practical guidance. 

 Pawan actively champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and has led global initiatives supporting women’s empowerment, health, and development, as well as broader inclusion efforts across diverse communities.
